“Let’s be powerful together” is the slogan of Supermajority, a new group that is hoping to energize female voters in the run-up to 2020. Some of the group’s leaders include Alicia Garza, co-founder of Black Lives Matter, Celine Richards, former president of Planned Parenthood and Jess Morales Rocketto from Care in Action. Supermajority writes:
Women are marching, running for office, donating to and advocating for causes and campaigns, and voting in record numbers. We can be the most powerful force in America—if we do the work together.
We’re building a Supermajority of women* who are organizing for gender equity.

The group points out they want to tackle issues like child care, equal pay, safe communities and more.
"This effort, 'Supermajority,' is a home for women's activism. Perhaps this group can help shift the mentality of some of those we recently wrote about, who for whatever reason aren’t ready to vote for a woman.
