Of all people to joke about breaking the law, it’s especially strange to see if coming from the Attorney General. But William Barr has made a couple of comments about being in contempt of Congress that make it seem like he isn’t taking the process seriously. Today the team at MSNBC’s Morning Joe remarked:
“It’s a good thing that we have an Attorney General that’s laughing at being held in contempt of Congress and also laughing about the fact that, well, he committed perjury before Congress…. He’s hysterical. He thinks it’s a joke, thinks it’s funny… It’s all a game.”
Watch what else they said above and here’s some other reaction.
Thinks he’s funny?
Impeach him — and his boss.

So William Barr just joked about the honor of being voted in contempt by the House Judiciary Committee in his first 100 days as Attorney General. Ha ha. Very funny. History will have the last laugh, Bill.
