For the second day in a row, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) tried to get Chief Justice John Roberts to read a question, which seemed aimed at outing the whistleblower.
Sen. Rand Paul left the chamber after Chief Justice John Roberts declined to read his question.

Paul then left the Senate chambers to complain about the Chief Justice’s decision.
Sen. @RandPaul: “My question made no reference to any whistleblower…”
He then reads the question.

BBC commentator Amee Vanderpool asks, “What is the endgame for Rand Paul here? Several people close to Trump have outed the whistleblowers name already, including Donald Trump Jr.-what do we do if something happens to the whistleblower and he is in some way harmed as a result of his carelessness?”
Rand Paul tried to pull a petty stunt this morning to out the whistleblower. He got embarrassed by John Roberts then, and he’s getting embarrassed by Adam Schiff now.
And he deserves every second it.pic.twitter.com/uCsvNlBW5m
