Donald Trump’s erratic behavior this week has raised more concerns than usual from top Democratic leaders including Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.
On a Democratic call, reacting to the President abruptly breaking off stimulus talks, Speaker Pelosi questioned whether Trump taking a steroid was impacting his thinking, according to two people on the call.

But a quote she gave today has really piqued interest. During her weekly press conference, Pelosi said:
“Come here tomorrow. We’re going to be talking about the 25th Amendment.”
In an interview immediately after her press conference, Pelosi suggested that the president may not be thinking clearly because of the drugs he has taken while being treated for the disease.
“The president is, shall we say, in an altered state right now,” Pelosi said on Bloomberg TV. “I don’t know how to answer for that behavior.”
She continued, “There are those who say when you are on steroids or have Covid-19, there may be some impairment of judgment.”
The 25th amendment lays out what happens if a president is removed from office, dies, or resigns.
We should have a 25th Amendment discussion. It doesn't work. If president is incapacitated and refuses to use section 3 but VP is a spineless coward (won't use section 4) we really have no president. We need to think about how to fix this.
