The story of Hervis Rogers, the Houston man who waited six hours to vote in a primary and was arrested for illegally casting his ballot, has received the Maddow treatment.  On Friday night, Maddow devoted a segment to Rogers and Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton, whose office filed charges in the case.

Rogers bail was set at $100,000. A GoFundMe page was set up to raise enough money to free Rogers.
