Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway says she is “a victim of sexual assault.” She made the revelation to Jake Tapper on CNN’s State of the Union saying:
“I’m a victim of sexual assault. I don’t expect JudgeKavanaugh or Jake Tapper or Jeff Flake or anybody to be held responsible for that. You have to be responsible for your own conduct. This is not Bill Cosby... this is not even Bill Clinton.”

This revelation, however, doesn’t mean Conway supports Ford’s account of what happened. She told Tapper:
“I think something terrible could have happened to her the same summer she and I were 15 and that Judge Kavanaugh was not involved. That is why you have sworn testimony, corroborating evidence if you can find it. And that’s why, I suppose, the FBI will continue to investigate. I‘m a big fan of transparency and accountability.”
