Kayleigh McEnany hasn’t briefed reporters much since election day and when she has her comments have been loaded with lies. Today was no different. But it’s what happened late in the briefing that is going viral. The White House press secretary decided to end her remarks by bringing up what she said was a lack of coverage surrounding stories involving Congressman Eric Swalwell and Hunter Biden. She closed by saying, “Good for those who covered what was a story all along and not Russia disinformation.” But Jim Acosta had the final word. As McEnany was walking away from the podium, the CNN reporter remarked: “Isn’t it hypocritical for you to accuse others of disinformation when you spread it every day?” Acosta is being praised for saying what so many people were thinking.
Jim Acosta is all of us.
Every journalist should be giving that feedback to anyone from this administration, or what's left of it. https://t.co/sikTEy3bdA

And after the press conference wrapped, Acosta continued to call McEnany out for “disinformation.”
Fact check: There won't be a "continuation of power." That's disinformation @PressSec https://t.co/I0FGayFwcH
