Senator Lindsey Graham was already complaining about how much money his opponent Jaime Harrison was bringing in, but this may send him over the edge. As we reported last week he said, “I’m being killed financially. This money is because they hate my guts.” Now The Washington Post is reporting that Harrison is going to get a boost thanks to the “main super PAC supporting the election of Democrats to the Senate.”
New this morning – Senate Majority PAC is spending $$ in South Carolina for the first time, launching a $6.5 million campaign against @LindseyGrahamSC in a sign that Dems see this race as winnable https://t.co/qgkBqGo7bf

The newspaper reports, “The television ad, which launches Tuesday, focuses on prescription drug prices, criticizing Graham for having “gone Washington” and “gone bad” on the issue.” Watch above.
“There’s a reason Lindsey Graham is hitting the panic button and begging for donations on cable news: He’s vulnerable and he knows it,” said the super PAC’s president, J.B. Poersch.
The Lincoln Project recently mocked Graham’s fundraising struggle as well with a video that plays Sarah McLachlan’s song “Angel.” It’s a song often shown in commercials fundraising for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
Every single hour in South Carolina, Lindsey Graham is being violently out-fundraised.
