Perhaps this was Donald Trump’s way of tripling down on his forecast that “Alabama to get a bit of a beat down” thanks to Hurricane Dorian. While the National Weather Service issued a tweet contradicting and correcting Trump, today the president produced a map that had a black line (perhaps drawn with a black Sharpie?) extending the hurricane’s cone into Alabama.

It is a violation of federal law to falsify a National Weather Service forecast and pass it off as official, as President Trump did here.
