During a speech to energy workers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Wednesday Donald Trump remarked: “We’re building a wall on the border of New Mexico and we’re building a wall in Colorado.”
The best part is the crowd starts to stand up and applaud right after Trump touts his Colorado wall. https://t.co/2v9BB30IHZ

ABC’s Denver affiliate tweeted, “We’ve reached out for clarification on what the president was referring to.” But lots of people on the Internet are also offering their own clarifications. Colorado’s Governor also weighed in.
Well this is awkward …Colorado doesn’t border Mexico. Good thing Colorado now offers free full day kindergarten so our kids can learn basic geography pic.twitter.com/bEXLDJYUku

Trump saying he’ll build a wall between Colorado and Mexico means he’s unilaterally surrendering New Mexico to our southern neighbors.

Trump bragged, “We’re building a wall in Colorado.” I gave this a moment and thought, “Why would he say we’re building it where Mexico doesn’t even border…?”
And then I remembered. He’s really just that stupid.

Trump tried to clean up the remark this morning, but his clarification isn’t exactly clear.
(Kiddingly) We’re building a Wall in Colorado”(then stated, “we’re not building a Wall in Kansas but they get the benefit of the Wall we’re building on the Border”) refered to people in the very packed auditorium, from Colorado & Kansas, getting the benefit of the Border Wall!
