There is a lot of finger-pointing today relating to the plan to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. But it’s the president of the United States himself who is engaging in victim-blaming.
…today that they foiled a dangerous plot against the Governor of Michigan. Rather than say thank you, she calls me a White Supremacist—while Biden and Democrats refuse to condemn Antifa, Anarchists, Looters and Mobs that burn down Democrat run cities…

Trump just criticized Whitmer on Hannity
"It was my Justice Department that arrested them, but instead she goes and does her little political act and she keeps her state closed, although we just won the big case…to open up Michigan because what she's doing is a horrible thing" pic.twitter.com/ufmuHm5MVl

It’s statements like this that could put Whitmer in even more jeopardy.

Juliette Kayyem, a former assistant in the Department of Homeland Security agrees that Trump’s remarks are certainly stirring the pot:
“A leader like the president gives winks and nods. He urges a kind of philosophy, a kind of radicalization.”
Joe Biden echoed this as well:
When Governor Whitmer worked to protect her state from a deadly pandemic, President Trump issued a call to "LIBERATE MICHIGAN!"
That call was heard.
He's giving oxygen to the bigotry and hate we see on the march in our country — and we have to stop it.
