Documentary Spotlights “Dangerous” and “Delusional Beliefs” Of January 6th Insurrectionists

We suspect a lot of documentaries and perhaps movies or TV shows will be put together in the coming years to shine a light on the insurrection on Capitol Hill. The first one comes from ITV News correspondent Robert Moore. He created the documentary ‘After the Storm: America’s Enemy Within.’ Moore was there in the middle of the chaos covering what unfolded on January 6th. For the documentary, he interviewed people who took part in the siege.

“It’s a film that discovers seething grievances just below the surface and we assess the danger of further far-right political violence.”

Now Moore is speaking with MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart about “the dangerous and the delusional beliefs of the people he interviewed.” One person he spoke with called his part in the storming of the Capitol his “Rosa Parks moment.” A few others who breached the Capitol say they believe the event was staged by liberals and full of actors. Capehart rightfully pointed out the absurdity that “They were there and yet they are contending that… it was staged and put on by the liberals?”
