A double surprise ahead of night two of the Democratic National Convention. Cindy McCain endorsed Joe Biden. She narrated a video that will air at tonight’s convention. It highlights the special bond the late John McCain shared with Biden. 

We also just learned that former Secretary of State under George W. Bush, Gen. Colin Powell, has endorsed Biden as well. The Republican was also an unexpected surprise addition to tonight’s line-up.
