Chris Christie is warning people not to end up “on the wrong side of history.” It’s part of a new ad he is running to encourage people to wear masks. This comes after the former New Jersey governor was hospitalized himself with COVID-19 back in October. In the new ad, the 58-year-old remarks:
“This message isn’t for everyone. It’s for all those people who refuse to wear a mask. You know, lying in isolation in isolation in the ICU for seven days, I thought about how wrong I was to remove my mask at the White House. Today I think how wrong it is to let mask-wearing divide us.”
Christie very well could be talking to people working in the White House. Many of whom have been attending holiday parties unmasked.

It’s not clear where this ad is running and NJ.com points out, “Neither he nor the ad say who is funding the campaign.”
