With the Broward County Sheriff’s Department coming under fire for their response to the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, there are now calls for Sheriff Scott Israel to resign.

CNN’s Jake Tapper asked the Sheriff to respond to this today and Israel made it clear that he is staying put saying, “I’ve given amazing leadership to this agency.”
