A former Facebook product manager has been revealed as the whistleblower who copied thousands of pages of company research before she left the social media giant. Frames Haugen alerted federal law enforcement about what she says was the the company’s move to turn off safeguards designed to stop misinformation in order for Facebook to make more money.
