Can you imagine this happening in any of the 50 states?  The disaster that has become Puerto Rico just took a turn for the worse as a major power line failure has plunged nearly the entire island into darkness.  Hurricane Maria was nine weeks ago.  Nine weeks of 19th century life.  And there’s no end in sight.  The line that failed had been repaired by Whitefish Energy.
