Guess the listening part is over.  Back to smash mouth politics by the NRA.  Wayne LaPierre, the Executive Vice President of the NRA spoke at CPAC, the conservative conference in Maryland.  Sort of like Snow White speaking at Disneyworld.  It was a friendly crowd and LaPierre did his part, tossing some red meat.

“I hear a lot of quiet in this room, and I sense your anxiety,” LaPierre said. “And you should be anxious, and you should be frightened. If they seize power, if these so-called ‘European socialists’ take over the House and the Senate, and God forbid they get the White House again, our Americans freedoms could be lost and our country will be changed forever.”

The gun lobby has helped arm America to the teeth, now wants to sell more guns to schools and will always blame anyone and everyone but themselves for the catastrophic fallout.
