Donald Trump’s Save America PAC sent out a fundraising email Wednesday with choices for what they called “Trump cards.” But look closely. That eagle bears a strong resemblance to an insignia from the Third Reich. The Independent writes “critics argued that the “Trump cards” were akin to belonging to a cult, and that the iconography of the golden eagle was on par with the imperial eagle and iconography of Nazis.”
Before anyone says this was done without the former president’s approval, the email states that Trump approved the design, “Originally we were planning on releasing just one design, but when President Trump saw the cards on his desk, he said, ‘These are BEAUTIFUL. We should let the American People decide – they ALWAYS know best!'”
To receive a card Trump supporters are asked to donate at least $50.
Trump’s new card, which of course he’s selling to his supporters to continue the grift, has a very Nazi like Third Reich feel. Very on brand for Trump. pic.twitter.com/dpsJZek8Zk

Many also pointed out the irony that while many Trump supporters are against vaccine passports, they would be okay carrying this.
