Yahoo: Jobless claims: Another 2.98 million Americans file for unemployment benefits
The COVID-19 pandemic’s continued impact on the labor market was highlighted Thursday morning when the U.S. Labor Department released its weekly initial jobless claims report.
This brings the total people who have filed unemployment insurance claims to more than 36 million Americans in the past two months.
