Harvey Weinstein’s attorneys objected on Monday to the paperwork submitted to seek his extradition to face sex assault and rape charges in Los Angeles.
Harvey Weinstein’s attorneys are throwing up legal roadblocks to keep the disgraced Hollywood producer from being extradited to LA to stand trial on 11 rape charges that could add 140 years to his prison time. Weinstein is already serving a 23-year sentence since being sentenced in March 2020.
