USA Today: University of Texas promises full scholarships to in-state students with family incomes under $65K by 2020
The University of Texas announced Tuesday that it will give full scholarships to students with a family income of less than $65,000 a year.
UT will establish a $160 million endowment from Texas’s Permanent University Fund to pay for the scholarships.
