The Trump administration made a formal proposal to freeze m.p.g. increases in cars, light trucks but is willing to revisit.
If it was a policy started by his predecessor you can be sure Donald Trump will end it, even if it is good for the environment. California isn’t taking the news without a fight though. It is one of several states heading to court hoping to keep regulations in place.
