Trump plans to watch Pastor Robert Jeffress’s Easter service remotely
President Trump said Friday he plans to remotely watch Easter Sunday services hosted by one of his most ardent evangelical supporters as the nation avoids large gatherings due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Jeffress has said, “Mormons, Muslims, Hindus and Jews will be sent to hell.” He’s also anti-LGBT.
Robert Jeffress has said that what gay people do "is filthy." He's called being gay "a miserable lifestyle.” He's equated marriage equality with incest and bestiality. He preached a sermon called “Why Gay is Not Okay."
His anti-LGBTQ record is long: https://t.co/0PHMwCdr2w https://t.co/OIaLauCPBW
