The Hill: Swalwell drops out of presidential primary
Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) is dropping out of the 2020 Democratic presidential primary, according to a House Democratic lawmaker close to the congressman.
The Democratic field is thinning out. Eric Swalwell announced that he’s dropping out of the presidential race and is instead going to run for re-election to Congress.
