The Hill: House Judiciary Dem, Republican clash over details of Whitaker testimony
The top Democrat and Republican on the House Judiciary panel are offering diverging interpretations of former Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker’s closed-door testimony involving the Michael Cohen case.
Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler says, “Mr. Whitaker did not deny that the president called him to discuss the Michael Cohen case and personnel decisions in the Southern District.”
