The Hill: GOP’s Mark Harris won’t run again in North Carolina House race
Mark Harris said Tuesday that he will not run in the new election for North Carolina’s contested ninth district, citing health reasons.
Harris’s announcement comes after the North Carolina Board of Elections decided to hold a new election in Congressional District 9.
