The Guardian: New York to impose ‘containment’ on New Rochelle to combat coronavirus
New York’s governor, Andrew Cuomo, has announced a “containment” plan for New Rochelle, the city at the center of the coronavirus outbreak in the New York metro area.
Starting on Thursday, schools, community centres and other large public gathering places in New Rochelle will be closed. Businesses, however, will stay open.
