The Guardian: Broadway shuts down due to coronavirus pandemic
New York governor Andrew Cuomo has announced a suspension of theatre productions in New York after mounting pressure.
In addition, all performances at Carnegie Hall and the Metropolitan Opera have been cancelled. The Metropolitan Museum will also close on March 13th.
