According to the report, Jones’ wife called the sheriff’s department on Monday night to report a “family disturbance” between her and Jones. Jones’ wife added that he had possibly been drinking, according to the report.
The affidavit says that the disturbance Jones’ wife reported was “physical” earlier in the day.
