The Trump campaign has failed in its attempt to enforce an NDA against the former aide and Apprentice contestant over her White House tell-all book “Unhinged.”
For all the Trump staffers who signed non-disclosure agreements, this ruling could be their opportunity to talk. From The Washington Post:
“It’s over. We’ve won in Donald Trump and the Trump Campaign’s chosen forum,” John Phillips, Manigault Newman’s attorney, said in a written statement. Phillips said the win should encourage others who signed similar agreements with Trump’s campaign: “People who signed these NDA’s should sleep better and speak more freely.”
