Reuters: Trump lawyer Giuliani was paid $500,000 to consult on indicted associate’s firm
President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, was paid $500,000 for work he did for a company co-founded by the Ukrainian-American businessman arrested last week on campaign finance charges, Giuliani told Reuters on Monday.
So it would seem Rudy Giuliani wasn’t just working for Donald Trump over the last year. We would assume this “work” is part of a criminal probe of Trump’s personal attorney.
Giuliani says the $500,000 he received in 2018 from "Fraud Guarantee," the company run by his associates that were arrested last week, originated from an American source. "I know exactly where the money came from," he said. But he wouldn't say. w/@PostRoz: https://t.co/v5DOanz116
