In a new interview, President Trump took a swipe at former Presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama, for in his view failing to deal decisively with North Korea. “I guess they all realized they were going to have to leave it to a president that scored the highest on tests,” he said, referring to his recent cognitive abilities exam.
