Reuters: Sudan’s long-time survivor Bashir is finally forced out
Omar Hassan Bashir survived multiple armed rebellions, economic crises and attempts by the West to make him a pariah before he was finally ousted as Sudan’s president by the military.
Bashir had been in power for thirty years and is notorious for providing a safe haven for Osama Bin Laden and organizing the Darfur genocide.
