Politico: Mattis – ISIS will surge back after Trump’s Syria withdrawal
Former Defense Secretary James Mattis said ISIS “will resurge” in Syria, in his first public comments following President Donald Trump’s withdrawal of troops from the region.
Mattis made his comments in an interview to air Sunday on “Meet The Press.”
