A federal judge has partially blocked President Donald Trump’s plan to fund construction of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
A blow to the Trump administration as a judge halts some border wall construction that was set to begin tomorrow.

The court blocked all wall projects currently slated for immediate construction.
