When Scott Pruitt, the Environmental Protection Agency head, decided to refashion the agency’s souvenir medallion, he proposed deleting the E.P.A. logo and adding symbols more reflective of himself.
Scott Pruitt reportedly wanted to kick the EPA logo off the agency’s “challenge coin.” He reportedly thinks the logo looks too much like a marijuana leaf. Instead, he apparently floated the idea of putting his name on the coin and some symbols near and dear to his own heart.
