NYT: E.P.A. Officials Sidelined After Questioning Scott Pruitt
At least five agency officials were reassigned or demoted, or requested new jobs after raising concerns about the administrator’s security demands and spending.
This is the latest in the ever unfolding Scott Pruitt saga. While the White House declined to comment, President Trump talked to reporters on Air Force One today saying Scott Pruitt is “very courageous.” In response to whether he will review the mounting complaints about Pruitt, Trump said he is “a good man, he’s done a terrific job. But I’ll take a look at it.” The New York Times has the story.
