NPR: Texas Cities Try To Assess Scope Of Damage In Imelda’s Aftermath
The National Weather Service in Houston said the amount of rainfall in Houston and Galveston on Thursday was “one for the record books.” At least two deaths have been blamed on the storm.
The flooding is being compared to Hurricane Harvey.
