NPR: Multiple Suicide Bombings In Afghanistan Leave Dozens Dead, Scores Wounded
Two coordinated suicide attacks in Kabul killed at least 25 people and wounded scores more. In a separate attack in the country’s south, at least 11 children at a religious school were killed.
At least seven journalists with Agence France Press (AFP) were among those killed in a double suicide bombing in Kabul. More than two dozen children were also killed or injured in a separate suicide bombing in Kandahar.
