NPR: Affordable Care Act Can Stay In Effect While Under Appeal, Judge Says
The federal judge in Texas issued a stay on the health care law more than two weeks after ruling it unconstitutional due to a recent elimination of a tax penalty on uninsured people.
The Affordable Care Act will stay the same, for now. And Democrats are planning to argue “that the ACA is the law of the land.”
