NBC News: Pipe bomb package suspect Cesar Sayoc had list of over 100 potential targets
Sayoc made his first court appearance hours after a suspicious package addressed to CNN’s headquarters was intercepted, officials said. It was not immediately clear if the package is connected to ones Sayoc’s sent.
The suspect in the mail bombings cried before the hearing started today. And despite DNA and fingerprint evidence, his attorney tried to cast doubt over whether he is the one who sent out the packages.
