NBC News: E. coli fears leads to CDC to tell people to stay away from romaine lettuce
Thirty-two people from multiple states have been infected with the outbreak strain of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli, the CDC said.
Once again, romaine lettuce is playing host to a new strain of E. Coli, very similar to the outbreak that occurred this April.
