NBC News: Appeals court rules funding for Trump border wall construction ‘unlawful’
The Trump administration can’t use money that Congress appropriated for military projects to build the wall, the appeals court ruled.
The ACLU of Texas remarked, “This ruling is a win for the rule of law, the environment, and border communities. There’s no undoing the damage that’s already been done, but we will be back before the Supreme Court to finally put a stop to this destructive wall.”
