Mother Jones: “Fire and Fury” on Pace to Outsell Trump’s “Art of the Deal”
Mother Jones: “[Michael] Wolff’s book dishing on the back-stabbing machinations of the Trump presidency appears to be on track, within an astonishingly short amount of time, to eclipse the president’s own masterwork,” writes James West.
While book sales are sometimes difficult to track, it appears Wolff’s White House tell-all will handily sell 1.75 million copies this year, nearly 100,000 more than Trump’s book has sold in total in 30 years of release. What’s more, it has long been rumored, Mother Jones reports, that Trump inflated book sales by buying thousands of copies through the Trump organization. Quite a deal indeed.
