“While there has been extensive research and a host of published reports on climate change, clear gaps remain including our understanding of the role of human activity and what we can do about it,” reads an EPA memo sent out Tuesday and leaked to the Huffington Post. The memo contains a series of vague talking points that employees are encouraged to use when discussing climate change. “Clear gaps” doesn’t seem to appropriately describe the 97% of research supporting the existence of human-created climate change.
