HuffPo: ACLU, Planned Parenthood Sue Alabama Over Abortion Law
The state’s new law is the nation’s strictest when it comes to limiting reproductive rights.
The court battle over the new strict abortion laws has begun. The lawsuit filed today says the court should declare this “unconstitutional under more than four decades of binding Supreme Court precedent.”
