Courier Journal: Charges permanently dropped against Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend for shooting officer the night she was killed
The charges against Kenneth Walker stemming from last March’s fatal Louisville Metro Police shooting of Breonna Taylor have been permanently dismissed.
Civil rights attorney Ben Crump said, “Kenneth Walker should NEVER have been charged w/ attempted murder. He thought someone was breaking into his home & acted in self-defense to protect himself & Breonna Taylor. THIS is the 2nd Amendment double-standard for Black people in America!”
