Courier-Journal: Bevin pardons include convicted killer whose brother hosted campaign fundraiser for him
Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin pardoned hundreds of people, including some convicted of homicide, on his final days in office.
The outgoing Kentucky governor also pardoned a man who was convicted of raping a 9-year-old. A man who is just one year into a 23-year sentence.
