West Virginia’s Joe Manchin gets most of the headlines for bucking his own party’s agenda, but Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema has become just as big an obstacle to President Biden’s legislative goals. Her refusal to back popular liberal items such as filibuster reform and a $15 minimum wage has alienated some voters who put her in office, as well as state Democrats.
